CCUSA provides an Emergency hotline 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, while program participants are in the United States. See details below for your specific program.
Phone numbers and dates of service are different for each program. Please make sure to only use the contact numbers for the program in which you are participating.

Regular office hours are 7:00 am to 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
If you call outside these hours you will receive a recorded message with a list of options. Please select the option you need.
If you are in an emergency situation, please press "0" to speak with an operator, who will page the staff member on-call.
When speaking with the operator, be sure to provide the following information:
Your name
Your CCUSA ID#
The nature of your emergency
A telephone number where you can be reached
Please stay by the telephone until a staff member returns your call. If you call during the night, be patient, someone WILL call you.
Please note that our on-call representatives are in California, which is 3 hours earlier than Eastern Standard Time (EST)- for example, New York.
If your situation does not classify as an emergency, your call will be returned during regular business hours.
Note: It is very important if you have an emergency to call CCUSA's United States office and not the CCUSA office in your home country. In most situations your Country Director will contact the U.S. office for assistance. By contacting your home country it will only delay action being taken.
