Dear participants of CCUSA programs!

We must inform you that US Citizenship and Immigration Services
informed that after July, 30 the fee for restoration of  lost/stolen/damaged
forms I-94 will be $320. This form was given to you on the plane and
stapled to your passport by the migration officer  while crossing the US
border (it is a square piece of paper). Please, be very carefull with
this form, as this proves the fact of your arrival  and departure from
the United States.
